The Young All-American Association
We make exceptional men, women, athletes, and leaders.
The Young All-American Association is committed to making elite athletes of character who dominate on and off the field. We are a values based and results oriented group of coaches and specialists offering tried and tested programs and personalized training options.
Training Programs
We build exceptional performers who demonstrate character and leadership on and off the field. Our coaches specialize in forging athletes, team captains, and military athletes for the country’s most competitive programs, teams, and scholarships.
-
All of our programs create athletes of character who endure, perform, focus, and lead. Each program consists of (at least) weekly sessions where our coaches introduce a new topic and then guide their athlete through setting goals to apply new strategies or perspectives to their performance on and off the field. Every week our coaches assess performance and drive progress through critical and constructive feedback. Click below to learn more.
-
Our core programs are the All-American Athlete program and the All-American Captain program. We also offer training specialized for athletes seeking to enlist or commission in the military. Custom programs are available for other needs and teams. Click below to learn more.
Performance Neuropsychology
Take your performance to the next level with personalized programming and mentorship from a clinical neuropsychology researcher. We focus on addressing and preventing cognitive impairments to maximize performance.
-
This program allows athletes to have their emotional and behavioral characteristics qualitatively observed and then used to create programs and courses of action to improve performance and health, and to physical and mental weaknesses and traumas.

Means by which to measure hormone interactions within the endocrine system and their impact on the central nervous system as a whole.Stimulus and Response Analysis:
Multiple lenses are used to assess our athletes such as the drive reduction and arousal theory, a needs based approach, (i.e. the needs for achievement, affiliation, and power), an extrinsic motivation and instinct approach, and more.Preventative Approaches:
We develop skills and resources to prevent the development of chronic depression, irritability, memory loss and other symptoms reported at high levels of performance.Causation Breakdown:
Assessing the occurrence of stressful events and/or the repetition of acute stress to prevent or address cognitive impairments.Concussion and Cognitive Impairment Recovery:
We use cardiac function to recover and heal the brain and/or central nervous system. An example of this method would include the pairing of cardiovascular warm ups with diaphragmatic breathing while monitoring heart rate fluctuation and deviations.
